BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 18. During the second competition day of the 39th European Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship in Baku, the finalists were determined among the gymnasts performing in the individual program, Trend reports.
The finalists decided on the program of exercises with a hoop and a ball.
Victoria Onoprienko (Ukraine, 33.650 points), Boryana Kalein (Bulgaria, 33.450 points), Stilyana Nikolova (Bulgaria, 32.850 points), Fanny Pignitsky (Hungary, 32.250 points), Adi Asya Katz (Israel, 32.250 points) went to the final of the exercises with hoop points), Zohra Agamirova (Azerbaijan, 32.150 points), Polina Berezina (Spain, 31.950 points) and Sofia Raffaeli (Italy, 31.900 points) passed to the finals of exercises with the hoop.
Stilyana Nikolova (Bulgaria, 34.600 points), Darja Varfolomeev (Germany, 33.650 points), Boryana Kaleyn (Bulgaria, 33.250 points), Sofia Raffaeli (Italy, 33.000 points), Zohra Aghamirova (Azerbaijan, 32.550 points), Fanny Pignitzky (Hungary, 31.700 points), Panagiota Litra (Greece, 31.600 points) and Victoria Onoprienko (Ukraine, 31.200 points) passed to the final exercises with the ball.
The 39th European Championship in Rhythmic Gymnastics is being held on May 17-21 at the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku. The gymnasts perform in the individual program (senior women) and in the group exercise program (juniors and seniors).
Competitions are held under the "Shine like a star" motto. In general, 315 gymnasts (191 seniors, 124 juniors) perform in the continental championship with the participation of rhythmic gymnastics stars from 38 countries.
