On Friday the Baku Executive Power sanctioned a rally of journalists, scheduled for Sunday, Shahbaz Khuduoglu, one of the organizers of the action, told Trend.
Khuduoglu said that the Mayoral Office proposed another route for a march-rally, which starts in �20 January’ subway station and continues to Galaba square.
Khuduoglu announced that a proposal by the Baku Mayoral Office dissatisfied them, as mainly the political parties and blocs rally in this route. “We are not a political organization and the action is not of political character. So, after the discussions the organizers and editors will come to a final resolution,” he said.
Following a meeting at the editorial office of Azadlyg newspaper the organizers of the journalists’ rally will decide which route would be the best.
