The Azerbaijan Education Ministry will implement approximately 10 new programs on improvement of the education system till 2010, the Ministry told Trend.
They are Program on enhancing improvement of pre-school education, State program on development of creative potential of gifted children (youth), program on provision of the secondary schools with heating system, program on improvement of school libraries and program on establishment of a new model on estimation of pupils’ knowledge.
Besides, a draft program on development of the trade schools in Azerbaijan, targeting the strengthening of the logistics base of special trade schools, and training of personnel, was also developed. All programs are designed for 5 years.
The Ministry is currently looking for financing sources. Part of the programs will be financed by the government, while the next part will be implemented at the expense of credits.
