The French В"Chambre VibertВ", which has constructed the most modern winter sports complexes in many countries of the world, will build the complex of mountain-skiing and spa in the territory of the Gusar region, the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Tourism told Trend.
The famous French specialists will choice the place for the complex and design an estimate. Their proposals are under discussion, the Ministry said.
The specialists from Switzerland, Austria, Russia and Turkey were also invited in this regard, which chose the Gusar region as the most favorable territory.
The complex is supposed to be built in the suburbs of the village Laza, located in 38 km of Gusar town, in the foot of Shahdag. The Company will construct hotel complex, 9,000 meters rope-ways, establish favorable conditions for winter sports kinds and development of sport in the 10 square meters territory. There will not be similar complex in the Caucasus.
The length of the skiing ways will comprise 30 km, the investment to be put in the project - 50 million euros. 100 sports clothes will also be purchased in order to develop mountain-skiing sport in Shamakhi.
