The Education Ministry of Azerbaijan prepared the draft Memorandum on Cooperation with the Asian Bank of Development (ABD) on the implementation of the project “Development of children in early childhood”, the Ministry told Trend.
The plan for the project’s feasibility study is currently underway, the Ministry reported. The project’s implementation is planned to start since March 2006, after signing the loan agreement with the bank, which voiced intention to finance it. The bank’s experts propose to the Azerbaijani side to include, except for 10 pilot areas, two more regions- Apsheron and Ismailly.
During the bank’s next mission in Azerbaijan to take place till late October, new aspects of cooperation will be studied.
