The Nasimy district court of Baku completed the sitting on the lawsuit in regard to Yashar Aliyev, the deputy chief of the Baku Central police department (CPD) under chairmanship Alladdin Jafarov on Thursday, Trend reports.
The deputy chairmen of Musavat Party, Arif Hajili, Rauf Arifoglu and Gabil Husseynli appealed to the court to file lawsuit on slander in regard to the Aliyev. The court regarded the lawsuit as baseless and rejected it.
The plaintiffs expressed dissatisfaction with the sentence of the court and noted that they would turn to the Court of Appeals soon.
