The appeal of the former head of the pharmaceutics and medical equipment department under the Health Ministry Akif Magerramov, currently in custody, has been handled on 27 October at the Court of Appeals of the Azerbaijan Republic chaired by the judge Hamid Hamidov. The appeal has not been satisfied, Trend reports.
The lawyer Kyamandar Nasibov reported his client Magerramov is confined at the investigative sell of the Ministry of National Security. There was expressed a request at the appeal to replace the imprisonment for house arrest.
