Isgandar Hamidov, the chairman of the Azerbaijan National Party, addressed to the Supreme Court Plenum, the press service of the Supreme Court told Trend.
The address of Hamidov to the Supreme Court is related to his exculpation.
The address is expected to be put in discussion at one of the next meetings of the Plenum.
In 1995 Hamidov was accused of appropriation of state property, abuse of post and other crimes. The Supreme Court sentenced him to 14-year imprisonment. Appropriate instances reduced the term to 11 years.
Hamidov was pardon by Ilham Aliyev, the Azerbaijan President and released in 2004. 2 years of the whole term remained to serve.
