The Azerbaijani Education Ministry recognized only 13 of 20 foreign diplomas, submitted for consideration, the Ministry told Trend.
The Standing Commission of the Education Ministry declared 7 diplomas invalid, as they were acquired illegally or issued by the branches of the universities, which illegally functioned in the country. The diplomas declared invalid belong to the Dagestan State University, the St. Petersburg Foreign Economic Relations University, and the Moscow State Open University.
