Complaint of Sardar Jalaloglu submitted to Constitution Court on 21 November 2005

“The complaint of Sardar Jalaloglu, the first deputy of the Azerbaijan Democratic Party (ADP), balloted from �Azadlig’ (Freedom) bloc in Binagadi 2nd constituiency 9, was
submitted to the Constitution Court on Monday,” Gurban Mammadov, the lawyer of Jalaloglu, told Trend.

Mammadov noted that he submit the complaint on Monday, as he did not manage to receive a copy of the sentence made by the Supreme Court during several days.

It should be mentioned that Jalaloglu requires declaring him winner in Binagadi 2nd constituency 9.

The results of the elections in Binagadi 2nd constituency 9, where Jalaloglu balloted, were cancelled by the Central Election Committee (CEC) and he filed complaint to the Court of Appeals, but the lawsuit was not satisfied. Then the candidate turned to the Supreme Court, which left the sentence of the Court of Appeals valid.
