Azerbaijani gymnast Anna Gurbanova ranked 1 at the annual international tournament of Spoleto Cup.
Gurbanova was awarded to golden medal after the final series with clubs, the Azerbaijani Gymnastics Federation told Trend. The Azerbaijani was surer of herself than Italian Beatris Zankanbaro and Russian Vera Sesina that lead to gaining of 16.000 points from
judges.
Gurbanova satisfied with 2 places in other final competitions (rope - 15.75, ball вЂ" 16.725, ribbon вЂ" 16.025) and all round (62.85 points).
“I very glad that I managed to take place on every sport. I have never gained 5 medals, particularly at similar prestigious competition. I devote my golden medal to the victory by Mehriban Aliyeva, the President of the Gymnastics Federation, in the parliamentary elections,” Gurbanova stated.
European reporters particularly noted her last successful play at the World Championship in Baku, the club championship in Tokyo and the World Cup in Tashkent, where she gained silver.
