Appeal in connection with the sentence made at the Nasimi District Court on the prolongation of the period of arrest of the head of youth organization Yeni Fikir, Ruslan Bashirli, and his deputy, Elmar Rustamov, has been rejected, Osman Kazimov, a lawyer of the convicted, told Trend.
The Court of Appeal considered a complaint under the appeal by judge Gazanfar Karimli. A petition submitted by Bashirlis lawyer in connection with his participation in the legal proceedings was rejected. The judge left in force a resolution on the prolongation of the term of arrest of Bashirli and Rustamov.
