The Organizing Committee of the Commonwealth Cup will consider disqualification of Armenian Punik for further competitions of the tournament.
It is related to the refusal from participation at the semi-final match with Azerbaijani Neftchi by Armenian club, Trend reports. Therefore, some sanctions are probable to be imposed in regard to Punik and Armenians will turn into observers of the competitions.
It should be mentioned that after the quarter-final match with Shakhtyor Punik stated to the chief coach of the tournament and the representatives of the Organizing Committee that they refused to play with the Azerbaijani champion and left the competitions.
