A meeting in large of the Association of Judges will be held at the International Press Center on Saturday, Trend reports quoting the chairman of the Association and the Judge of the Nasimi District Court of Baku, Aladdin Jafarov.
According to Jafarov, the event will bring together judges of district, city courts, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, representatives fro the Justice Ministry and Court Law Council. The key objective of the meeting is to discuss some issues in connection with the decree on Upgrade of legal system and injection of some changes to the legislative acts of Azerbaijan Republic, issued by the Azerbaijani President, Ilham Aliyev, on 19 January 2005.
Resolution and proposals adopted in the gathering will be submitted to the Justice Ministry and Court-Law Council, Jafarov underlined.
