The Minister of Education of Azerbaijan Misir Mardanov signed a decree on organizing the work on raising awareness at schools in respect of the bird flu, the Education Ministry told Trend.
The Minister approved by his decree the action plan developed by the Education Ministry on the fight against the bird flu. Under the plan relevant structures of the Ministry have been committed together with the Health Ministry to carry out the elucidative work at schools, to prepare special booklets and posters.
Under the decree respective directives have been also given to the Education Minister of the Nakhchevan Autonomous Republic for implementation of the specific measures in this field.
