On 21 February the Pest central court will hold 2nd legal proceeding on the next case in regard to Azerbaijani officer Ramil Safarov, the Hungarian embassy in Azerbaijan told Trend.
The case will be considered under the chairmanship of Judge Tot Gyengver, while Clara Fisher will come out as lawyer. The employees of the Azerbaijani embassy will participate in the proceeding in case of holding of open legal hearing.
It should be mentioned that Safarov faced with the second case in relation to the incident taken place between him and supervisor in June 2004. The incident, occurred due to lack of knowledge of Hungarian language by Safarov, is incriminated as resistance to authorities. He may be sentenced to 2-year term in accordance with the preliminary data. The fist hearing on this case was held on 17 January 2006.
It should be mentioned that the legal proceeding on the case of Safarov on murder of Armenian officer was scheduled for 7 March.
