The lawyer Adil Ismaylov is currently in Budapest in regard to the legal case of the Azerbaijan armed forces officer Ramil Safarov, accused of the murder of the Armenian officer Gurgen Markaryan and jailed in Budapest, the lawyer has told Trend.
The meeting of Ismaylov with Ramil Safarov and his defense attorneys is scheduled for 6 March. The lawyer said he will receive today the precise report of the results of experts examination.
The last court hearing on the Ramil Safarov case was held on 15 December 2005. However, as the judge had not accepted the results of the experts examination conducted for the third time on checking up his psychological state at the moment of the incident, the legal process has been delayed for 7 March.
