The Azerbaijani Ministry of Education is preparing to launch the program on Establishment of UNESCO faculties at the Azerbaijani Universities in 2006, the Azerbaijan Ministry of Education told Trend.
At the present the Ministry is running a number of programs within the frames of cooperation with UNECO, including Education for all, Associated schools and Development of professional technical education.
According to the Ministry, cooperation with UNRSCO develops especially lively in the area of reforming the educational system in Azerbaijan. Equal access to education, modification of the educational system, updating of teaching programs at all levels, prequalification of teachers are the areas of active cooperation with UNESCO.
