The schedule of the World Azerbaijanis 2nd congress was approved during the event. The schedule includes making of speeches by the chair of the State Committee on Azerbaijanis Living Abroad, delegates and guests, as well as hearing of the information by the mandate commission, adoption of documents of the congress and discussion of organization issues.
Working bodies of the congress i.e. mandate and drafting committees, as well as secretariat were formed after approval of the schedule.
The secretariat was formed from 7 people for ensure functioning of the congress, the mandate committees - 10 people for check-up authorities of delegates, the drafting committee - 13 people for check-up of preliminary draft documents.
