Tolerance public union on defense of human rights continues monitoring on execution of court sentences in the regional courts of the country, Trend reports quoting lawyer Aslan Ismayilov, the chair of the union.
Ismayilov said the research of level of execution of court sentences would continue.
The execution of court sentences is a great problem in Azerbaijan and we will continue the monitoring till the solution of the problem. We will send a reference on defects revealed in the regional courts to the Justice Ministry and its divisions after completion of the monitoring, he added.
According to Ismayilov, positive changes take place as a result of the research.
