The Azerbaijani Education Ministry has developed draft regulations on education at universities through credit system and minimal state requirements on training of bachelors, the Ministry told Trend .
The documents were worked out by a special working group, which includes specialists of these spheres. Both documents will be submitted to universities for consideration soon.
The Ministry stressed they had set to crediting of the Azerbaijan State Economic University and Foreign Languages University. In late 2006 the Ministry plans to hold a monitoring at these universities, as well attract some faculties of state universities to the process.
It should be mentioned crediting of high education institutions is one of the requirements by Balloon process, which Azerbaijan joined in 2005.
