Director general of World Health Organization (WHO) Chon-Wook Lee is arriving in Baku April 25, Trend reports quoting Samaya Mamedova, head of press service, Ministry of Health.
She said on the first day Mr Lee is attending the Honorary Funeral Alley and Martyrs Alley.
On April 26, Mr Lee is visiting Scientific-Research Institute for Pulmonary Diseases and inspecting special department for bird flu-infected.
Besides, WHO Chief is meeting with Azeri Minister of health Oktay Shiraliyev; at the meeting the sides are going to speak of cooperation, reforms in health protection system of Azerbaijan, prevention of spread of bird flu virus on Caucasus and Turkey, etc. By the totals of the visit, Mr Lee will arrange a press conference.
