The monitoring was conducted in disciplinary military unit located in Khydyrly village of Salyan area, Trend reports quoting Elchin Behbudov, chairman of Committee for prevention of tortures.
Behbudov said the monitoring aimed at familiarization with conditions and treatment of militaries. В"The monitoring results are quite positive. We were satisfied with conditions of their accommodation and food. No soldier did submit a complaint to usВ", - he added.
He also stressed that the quarters meet all sanitary and hygienic conditions.
