Appeal submitted on the case of Azeri military officer Ramil Safarov sentenced to life imprisonment by Budapest municipal court for killing Armenian military officer Gurgen Markaryan, will be examined in September, legal representative of R.Safarovs family Adil Ismaylov told Trend.
Ismaylov said such a long postponement is linked to courts vacations in Hungary lasting May to September.
The lawyer said also there is still no information on replacement of R.Safarovs lawyers or increase of judges number.
Ismaylov added that in case appeal court demonstrates unfair approach to the case, R.Safarovs lawyers will appeal to the higher instances.
