Permanent Commission for Culture with Milli Medjlis, Ministry of Culture and Sports and Azerbaijan Cultural Association Simurg led a joint workshop entitled В"Culture and Ethics in Azerbaijan: Situation and ProspectsВ", officials of Permanent Commission for Culture with Milli Medjlis told Trend.
The event was held with participation of MPs, employees of National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan, authorities of high schools, representatives of NGOs. It was opened by Academician Magsud Aliyev, vice-president, Simurg.
Lecture Ethics issues in Azerbaijan by Nizami Jafarov, chairman of Permanent Commission for Culture with Milli Medjlis, was received with interest. The lecture was followed by discussion organized by chairman of State Committee for Work with Religious organizations Rafig Aliyev, Academician Budag Budagov, director of science and education with Ministry of Youth and Sport Firuddin Gurbanov, Corresponding Member of National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan Farida Mamedova et al.
