Fikret Mamedov, Azeri Justice Minister, signed a document for establishment of new public control council in penal system, Trend reports quoting Musa Humbatov, chief of Central Board for Execution of Court Verdicts (CBECV) with Ministry of Justice.
В"Upon dismissal of Aydin Gasymov, former chief of CBECV, Penal System Public Control Council was dismissed as well. At the initiative of Justice Minister Fikret Mamedov, the session was held and we suggested establishment of a new Public structure. However, this time I will be named Public Committee, - Humbatov said.
Humbatov said also 11 NGOs representatives consisted the Public Committee. В"The committee will be operated based on suggestions put forward by these NGOsВ" - he added.
