On June 8 to 9, the annual conference of World Association of Press Councils is held in Istanbul, Azeri press Council officials told Trend. At this meeting is represented by Aflatun Amashov, chairman of Press Council.
At the conference, participants shall discuss the situation in worlds press, role of media in globalization, expansion of relations among different media structures and oppression of journalists.
