Several clauses defined in the law On education will come into force up to 2010, Trend reports quoting the permanent commission of Milli Majlis [Azerbaijan Parliament] on science and education.
Educational legislative acts of the states accepting Bologna system, as well as CIS countries were used in the law On education again prepared by the permanent commission of Milli Majlis. The bill will be presented to the discussion of the fall session of the parliament.
Besides, it is stated that it is implied to phase-by-phase resolve the problem existing in the law because it will take time. According to the commission, there are such moments in the bill that the community cannot accept immediately. For instance, at the moment it is difficult for the community to accept that the secondary education is 12-year. Therefore, it is required time to regulate these problems.
