The Azerbaijan Heinous Crimes Court fixed the consideration of the criminal case of Haji Mammadov and his band for July 20, the judge Ali Seyfaliyev said at the preparatory meeting of the court on July 6, Trend reports.
The deputy chairman of the Heinous Crimes Court Seyfaliyev didnt ensure the requests of advocates of accuser and defendant sides. Only the requests of advocates Zakir Nasirov and Adila Ismayilova were ensured. The advocate required the demonstration of the Black belt operation taken into videocassette. Besides, the court fixed the court hearings for July 20 at 11:00 am.
The preparatory meeting of the court on the case of the band of Haji Mammadov lasted for three days.
