Misir Mardanov, Minister of Education of Azerbaijan, approved the action plan under the State ProgramВ"Increase of creative potential of especially gifted childrenВ" (2006-2010), Trend reports with reference to Azeri Ministry of Education.
The Action plan reflects creation of internet portal and date bank on gifted children, as well as increase of material supply to new type education institutions.
It is also suggested to create a School of Olympic Reserves on the basis of one of Baku high-schools.
