An international festival Creative work without border will be held in Belgrade (Serbia) from 11 to 16 July. The festival is organized by the department of cultural and natural heritage of the Council of Europe, Trend reports with reference to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan.
The director of the department of the cultural and natural heritage of the Council Europe P.Palmer has sent an invitation to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan for the participation in the event. Azerbaijan will be presented by Leyla Akhundzade, the head of the art management sector of the Azerbaijani Cultural Ministry.
