On July 13, the OSCE Baku office made a statement on the result of the court for the heads of the youth organization Yeni Fikir (New Idea). OSCE Baku office is worried about the sentence made by the court in relation with the chairman of organization Ruslan Bashirli and his deputies Ramin Tagiyev and Said Nuri, Trend reports.
Irrespective of the severity of the sentence, the sentence didnt correspond to the international standards of following the rules of law, told in the statement. The OSCE Baku office called for the government of Azerbaijan to take relevant measures to ensure the individual rights during the court investigation.
