The commission of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan held a several raids in private medical institutions Medservis and Saglamlıq and Gözəllik Markazi (Vital klinika), Trend reports quoting the press-service of the Ministry of Health.
During the inspections in Medservis, it was revealed the fact of inaccurate organization of methodical works and staff selection and inconsistency of staff seniority with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers. Besides, it was made clear that the used medical materials are thrown without sterilization
.
Taking into consideration that more than 5 patients receive treatments in Medservis, a warning was made. And the head of the institution was tasked to liquidate the shortages within 10 days.
The same shortages were also discovered in Vital klinika. Despite that the institution was permitted to provide examination services, it also hold plasmapheresis and surgical operations.
Other shortage revealed in the institution is that antiepidemic measures arent taken, old reagents were discovered and the used medical equipments dont correspond with the standards.
Taking into consideration all these shortages, the activity of Vital klinika was stopped from July 17 and the restoration of its activity depends on the elimination of the shortages.
