The criminal case regarding businessman brothers Zulfugarli was terminated, advocate Aslan Ismayilov told Trend.
The owners of Baku electroshtamp OSC, brothers Logman and Nuraddin Zulfugarli were accused of money blackmail.
In December 2005, the Investigation Department of the Head Department for Fight with Organized Crimes of Azerbaijani Interior Ministry raised a criminal case against the brothers in accordance with the article 182.2 of Azerbaijan Criminal Code. However, during the investigation, there was revealed no criminal facts in the activities of the Zulfugarovs, and the criminal case was terminated.
