Three of the accused ones, have been examined at the court at the crime case of Haji Mammadov this afternoon, today (October 19). The trial proceedings on the case of former Senior Officer of the central Criminal Investigation Department of the Interior Ministry Haji Mammadov and 25 members of his gang presided by judge Ali Seyfaliyev is held at the Azerbaijan Court for Serious Crimes, Trend reports.
Nishat Ismayilov, a former employee of the Special Service of the State Protection of Azerbaijan and Elshan Mirzoyev, were accused of committing the same epizods apartment burglary. In addition to apartmens burglary, the third accused Faig Guliyev is accused of kidnapping Elshan Hassanov. Mr. Ismayilov and Mr. Murzoyev have plead guilty for these crimes.
Mr. Guliyev admitted burglary of the apartments of artist, Afag Malikova. I knew a member of the gang Sidek and asked him to help to employ me somewhere. He suggested me to take part in the scheduled burglary. I introduced myself to the owners of the apartments as a worker of community services. When they opened the door, we rushed into the apartments, and I allowed them to kill an old woman, told Mr. Guliyev.
The legal proceedings on the case will continue tomorrow (on October 20).
