An appeal complaint of the employee of Mirza Sakit, Azadlig Newspaper, who has recently been arrested, is expected to be considered on December 15. This decision has been taken during the preparatory sitting of the Court of Appeal of the Country .
The legal proceedings on the above-mentioned case presided by judge Latif Nabiyev. On October 4, Mr. Sakit was returned guilty in using and possessing drug substances and sentenced to a three-year imprisonment by the Azerbaijan Court for Serious Crimes.
