Suppositions on Mass Outflow of Azerbaijanis from Russian are Groundless

Nazim Ibrahimov, the State Committee on Azerbaijanis Residing Abroad, said in Moscow that innovation in the Russian legislation excited concerns at the Government of Azerbaijani, TrendSpecial correspondent in Moscow reports. The concerns among Azerbaijanis are first of all explained with the unawareness or unsatisfactory level of knowledge about migration or other legislation.

He said that the results of a meeting with the Azerbaijani Diaspora in Moscow and regions of Russia demonstrated that there were no special reasons for anxiety. We can come out any situation in a working order or solve any problem during the implementation of the decree. Azerbaijanis will more probably not face with big problems, said Mr. Ibrahimov.

The State Committee Chairman announced that the Azerbaijan Embassy in Russia made a resolution for the establishment of operative headquarters in Moscow and centers of federal circles, which will be in direct contact with the State Committee. The embassy and consulate of Azerbaijan as well as employees of the Azerbaijani Interior Ministry will carry out work in Moscow and regions of Russia on the provision of the Azerbaijani citizens with all necessary documents and assist their legalization by all means, said Mr. Ibrahimov.
