The 18th meeting of the CIS Council for Health Co-operation has been scheduled to take place on 15-16 March in Minsk, Trend reports, quoting the Executive Committee of the CIS.
The meeting is planned to focus on the Plan of Measures for the expansion of the interaction of the CIS member states in resolving problems of mutual interest; project of the Program on the creation and improvement of the normative base for the health sector of the CIS countries in 2007-2008. In addition, the meeting is expected to cover proposals of the States regarding preparation of the documents on co-operation in this sphere after the termination of the period of the Action Plan for development of CIS until 2005.
