Due to the sentence passed on the criminal case of former Senior Officer of the Central Criminal Investigation Department of the Azerbaijan Interior Ministry, Hajji Mammadov and 25 members of his gang, the Azerbaijan Court for Serious Crimes on January 19, 2007, has seized the property of all the condemned, Trend reports.
The Court confiscated a resort centre, Garabulagh located in Gusar Region of Azerbaijan, a villa located in the Baku Village of Saray, an apartment in Sabayil District of Baku City, which costs $132.000, a dacha in Mardakan Settlement, all belonging of Hajji Mammadov, a dacha of former Chief of the Central Criminal Investigation Department of the Azerbaijan Interior Ministry, Zakir Nasirov, 20 hectares of land located in Buzovna Settlement , which belong to Kamil Sadraddinov, the former Chief of a Department of the Central Criminal Investigation Department of the Azerbaijan Interior Ministry, and which was registered on the name of his sister and daughter, 4 hectares of land that belong to Nizami Abdullayev, a sale point in Amay Trade Centre, two apartments belonging to Naila Guliyeva, but which were registered on other persons name, two sale points in the same trade centre, a BMW automobile, a three-room apartment, 200 square meters of premises, which belong to Elchin Aliyev, 14 dachas in Mardakan Settlement, two apartments in Narimanov and Khatai Districts of Baku City. Many other private apartments and cars belonging to other members of the gang were seized by the Court as well.
