Some Convicted Members of Haji Mammadov Gang Removed to a Pre-Trial Isolator of Azerbaijan Justice Ministry from Pre-Trial Isolator of National Ministry

Some convicted members of the gang led by former Senior Officer of the Central Criminal Investigation Department of the Azerbaijan Interior Ministry, Hajji Mammadov, who was recently sentenced to life imprisonment, have been removed to the Pre-Trial Isolator #1 of the Azerbaijan Justice Ministry, which is based in Bayil District of Baku City from the Pre-Trial Isolator of the National Security Ministry of the Country, a source in the Pre-Trial Isolator #1 of the Central Department for the Execution of Court Decisions of the Azerbaijan Justice Ministry informed Trend.

20 former members of the gang were moved to Pre-Trial Isolator #1 of the Azerbaijan Justice Ministry, including the former Chief of the Central Criminal Investigation Department of the Azerbaijan Interior Ministry, Zakir Nasirov, the former Chief of a Department of the Central Criminal Investigation Department of the Azerbaijan Interior Ministry, Kamil Sadraddinov, and Yagir Mammadov, all sentenced to life imprisonment, Fariz Hamidov, sentenced to 8 year of imprisonment, Adalat Asadullayev, sentenced to 12 years of imprisonment, and others.

Haji Mammadov wife, Naila Guliyeva, who was also a member of the gang her husband led, was sentenced to 13 years of imprisonment, and moved from the Pre-Trail Isolator of the National Security Ministry to Pre-Trail isolator #3 of the Azerbaijan Justice Ministry, based in Shuvalan Settlement.

Haji Mammadov, Farhad Mammadbayov, Aslan Chantamirov are still kept in the Pre-trial Isolator of the National Security Ministry of the Country due to the fact that all of them were brought to the criminal investigation over the murder of the Editor-in-Chief of Monitor Journal, Elmar Husseynov.
