Azerbaijanis Who Returned to Georgia from Russia Can't Find Job

Alibala Asgarov, the Head of the Movement of Georgia Azerbaijanis, Geyrat (Honour), informed Trend that Azerbaijanis who returned to Georgia from Russia after the new migration bill was put into force, could not find an appropriate job. He said that at least 6-7 families had to return to every village of Borchali Region, mostly-populated with ethnic Azerbaijanis. At the same time, many families, still stay in Russia. Mr. Asgarov said that it was a real problem for all Georgian citizens to receive a Russian visa again. According to him, the Georgian Government takes no practical measures to provide its citizens deported from Russia with an appropriate job, not to mention other troubles these citizens are facing at the motherland. At the same time, Mr. Asgarov said that despite of the all above-mentioned, there have been no any tensions with Azerbaijanis living in Georgia yet.
