Azerbaijan , Baku /corr. Trend S.Aghayeva/ CIS member states will sign a new migration cooperation agreement. CIS experts will discuss, in an upcoming meeting on 27 February in Astana, CIS citizen migration, main cooperation and principle project agreement, informs the CIS executive committee.
