Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend S.Agayea / Azerbaijan intends to activate the educational co-operation with the countries of the Black Sea Economic Co-operation (BSEC). According to the information obtained fro the Education Ministry of Azerbaijan, the Ministry has worked out the conception to accelerate the co-operation with the BSEC participating countries. The conception envisages activating scientific relations, exchanging scientific researches, using modern information technologies, unifying educational standards to recognize documents on education, providing opportunities of mobility for students and employees of the educational institutions.
