Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend , corr Z. Safarov / Shahin Diniyev, the Head Coach of the Azerbaijani National Football Team, informed Trend on the eve of the cup-match Alma TV in the city of Chimkent that the results of the match in Kazakhstan are not of great importance.
He said, for the moment their main aim is to form a team that will meet with the Poles and Finns during the forthcoming proficiency rating matches of the 2008 Championship of Europe.
"That is our main task and we are aiming to work towards that. As for the match in Kazakhstan, it will be good practice before the elimination matches," Diniyev stressed.
The Azeri Football Team has gained just one point at the previous friendly match with Kazakhstan, a result that is not satisfactory for Europe 2008.
