Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend , corr E. Huseynli / Azay Guliyev, the member of the Commission on Clemency at the Presidential Apparat, informed that the total list of the people to be pardoned is to be completed soon. It will be presented for the Presidential consideration within this week.
During the last days the Commission held intensive considerations and discussed all the applications.
Guliyev noted that the signing of the regular decree on clemency is the President's authority.
