Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend S.Ilhamgizi / The State Committee for Problems of Families, Women and Children of Azerbaijan has devised a law draft "On prevention of family violence". On 19 March a round table took place for public discussion of the law draft. The Chairwoman of the Committee, Hijran Huseynova, said that the concluding variant of the law draft will be examined by the Council of Europe. The Lawyer of the Committee, Rahim Rahimov, said that the law draft deals with the forms of the family violence, ways of its prevention, State bodies working in this sphere.
