Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr S. Aghayeva / The Minister for Culture Moscow 22-25 March at the invitation of Mikhail Shvidkoi, the Head of Agency on Culture Russia.
The Ministry of Culture Azerbaijan informed that the purpose of the visit is to sum up the results of the passing year that was announced the Year of Russia in Azerbaijan as well as to consider the perspectives of co-operation in this field.
A co-operation programme on 2007-2008 is expected to be signed during the meeting.
The visit programme of the Minister includes the meetings with Alexander Sokolov, the Minister for Culture
Garayev will also visit the Pushkin Museum of Art.
