Azerbaijan, Baku /corr Trend E.Huseynov / The Strasbourg-based House of Azerbaijan. founded in 2006, has called for assistance.
The House of Azerbaijan reported that they are in need of encyclopedias, dictionaries, magazines, books in the languages of Azerbaijan, French, English and German, so as to set up libraries and special courses within their function to inform the French public about Azerbaijan. Furthermore, there is a need for art work, as well as brochures on tourist and historical monuments. CDs are required for radio broadcasting and DVDs for viewings. The House of Azerbaijan also hopes to receive Azerbaijani products, musical instruments and national costumes for folk group activities.
With this in mind, the House of Azerbaijan calls for co-operation from the State and government organizations, MPs, businessmen, and anyone who is willing to assist.
