Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend E.Javadobva / On 28 March the court session continued in the Azerbaijan Court on Heinous Crimes over the criminal cases of the former Health Minister of Azerbaijan, Ali Insanov, and other 10 prosecuted persons.
At the beginning of the court session, Insanov's advocate made two petitions. The first petition was linked with the adoption of the copy of law suits made by the advocate in Sabail district court against the Executive Secretary of New Azerbaijan Party (NAP), Ali Ahmadov.
The second petition dealt with the issue that the Chief of the Investigation Department on Heinous Crimes of the Prosecutor General's Office, Eldar Ahmadov, was invited to the court as witness. Advocate explained it through difference between evidences of victims and witnesses.
