Azeri Official does not See Necessity to Provide Evidence at Court Session over Ex-Health Minister of   Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend E.Javadova / The Head of the Social and Political Department of the Executive Apparat of Azerbaijan President, Ali Hasanov, informed Trend that he does not considers it necessary to, as witness, provide evidences in the court over the criminal case of the former Health Minister of Azerbaijan, Ali Insanov. He stressed that the court session goes on normally and the witness evidences are enough. "There are enough evidences in the court over the case of Insanov. I think that Insanov needs a doctor," he said. On 29 March Insanov made two petitions during the court session over Insanov and other 10 prosecuted people. The first petition invites Ali Hasanov to court as a witness. The Judge did not ensure this petition. The second petition was a protest against the judge composition. The Jude did not consider this petition.
